Retake the exam free until you pass. A full refund is available within 20 days of purchase, and only until your wallet card is printed.
The pass guarantee
You can keep retaking the final exam until you pass — retakes are always free and there is no limit on attempts. Retakes are separate from the refund policy: a full refund is available within 20 days of purchase, and only until your wallet card is printed.
Unlimited free retakes
There is no cap on final exam attempts and no retake fee. Take the exam as many times as you need until you pass, and your instructor is available if you want to review the material first.
Refund window
A full refund is available within 20 days of purchase, and only until your wallet card is printed. Both conditions must hold. After 20 days from your purchase date, or once your card has been printed — whichever comes first — the order is final and no longer refundable. You can see your card's current status on your dashboard.
Attending a class
Attending a live session does not end your refund eligibility. The only things that end it are the 20-day window closing or your wallet card being printed.
Rescheduling
Classes run weekly and rescheduling is free. If a class time no longer works, move yourself to another session from your dashboard rather than cancelling — no fee and no lost seat.
Missed classes
If you miss a session without rescheduling, contact us and we will move your seat to the next available class at no charge.
Organization seats
Unused seats purchased in bulk can be refunded within 20 days of purchase, or kept on your account and assigned to other operators later. Seats belonging to an operator whose wallet card has already been printed are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email us within 20 days of your purchase with the name and email used at checkout, and your order number if you have it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
